Bill saved the day at our condo last night- 40 plus people with no hot water for a second nite. Bill laid on cold concrete for hours, showed us the burned-out parts (from not having a Booster to deliver an even flow of gas.) Most plumbing contractors would not even try to fix it. Awesome!!! They are very thorough. I was told from another plumber that I would have to replace my valve which meant removing the tub/wall (all one piece) which would cost around $9,000 (new tub, tile, floor etc). Hetherington Plumber was diligent and took out valve cleaned it , now I have cold water. I saved $$$$. Thanks so much!! It’s very hard to find a reliable, honest contractor.
